we are looking to appoint a Senior Resident Engineer to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for those who have particular experience in the management and delivery of projects during the post-contract phases. There will be significant involvement in the overall management and development of the supervision department playing a key role in the team’s growth.

•  You will need to demonstrate strong skills and experience in managing clients and have a solid understanding of contractual documentation and requirements of projects during the post-contract period.
•  Preferably, we are looking for candidates based in Saudi Arabia but will consider candidates in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain providing you have the experience we are looking for.

•  Minimum 12 years of experience
•  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
•  Experience in managing large teams on a multitude of projects
•  Worked in a similar environment (large/multi-disciplinary consultancy)
•  Large-scale project experience (i.e. Hotels, High-Rise, Mixed-Use Developments, etc)
•  Previous or current Middle East experience
•  Excellent communication and people skills
