Responsibilities:

•  Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments, customized to meet individual guest needs.
•  Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards within treatment rooms and spa areas.
•  Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing product recommendations and answering any questions to enhance their spa experience.
•  Stay informed about spa products and techniques, actively recommending appropriate items to guests to support their wellness journey.
•  Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs to ensure treatment rooms are always stocked.
•  Follow all health and safety regulations, especially concerning skin sensitivities and contraindications to ensure safe treatments.

•  A certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field is required.
•  Prior experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or hotel setting is preferred.
