We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Fitout Estimation Manager to join a leading Fitout company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of fit-out estimation experience, a strong background in managing and delivering high-quality commercial and residential fitout projects, and extensive joinery experience.

Responsibilities:

.  Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
. Develop and submit competitive tenders and bids for new projects.
. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
. Source and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors for the best prices and quality.
. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
. Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project estimates.
. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
. Prepare and present detailed reports on project estimates, costs, and progress to senior management.

. Minimum of 10 years in fitout estimation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
. Experience in the GCC is a plus
. Experience in a Joinery manufacturing facility
