Job Description
- Â Ensures team member adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Â Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.
- Â Contributes to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.
- Â Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.
- Â Supports document checking and design verification tasks for compliance to company and project specifications.
- Â Technical supervision of project designated mechanical designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duty.
- Â Prepare of specifications, data sheets and other information covering Rotating equipment and system packages.
- Â Performance of bid evaluation and vendor document review and approval
- Â Technical writing activities, in particular, production of technical reports and operating manuals.
- Â Manage studies and mechanical-rotating-orientated projects as assigned.
- Â Preparation of technical requisition, stipulation of inspection and testing requirement and documentation

- Â Provides discipline supervision for one larger or one or more smaller projects.

- Â Complies with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
- Â Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritisation of work to achieve them
