A highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing businesses, with a strong focus on operational excellence and team leadership.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
•  Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
•  Oversee financial performance and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
•  Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
•  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  

  Requirements:

•  Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
•  Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability
•  Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
•  Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
•  Experience in the [industry/sector] is a plus
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred
