Job Description

Required to join a Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia. The Housekeeping Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the efficient management and enhancement of executive housekeeping within their organizations. As a professional in this role, you will possess exceptional knowledge and understanding of various soft service areas, such as facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and other related fields. With strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional soft service solutions to our esteemed clients.

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, hospitality, or facilities management.
  •  Proven experience in soft service management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
  •  Strong knowledge of BICSc standards and implementation.
  •  Strong knowledge of soft service areas, including facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and related fields, with a demonstrated understanding of industry best practices.
  •  Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills, Able to problem solve and develop solutions for clients.
