Job Description
Required to join an expanding facilities Management company in Riyadh. They manage a range of facilities on behalf of their client. This strategic position requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of facility management principles. With a firm grasp of industry trends and best practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc, etc the successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance in the planning, implementation, and optimization of various facility management processes.
- Â Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ existing facility management practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Â Develop and implement long-term facility management strategies aligned with client’s business objectives. This includes outlining critical milestones, setting performance indicators, and creating action plans to meet targets effectively.
- Â Identify and recommend improvements to existing facility management processes, such as maintenance planning, asset and resource allocation, space utilization, and sustainability initiatives. Streamline workflows to maximize productivity, minimize downtime, and deliver value for clients.
- Â Oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting of third-party vendors and contractors to ensure the provision of quality services. Establish strong relationships with suppliers, manage contracts, and monitor performance to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Â Proven experience in facility management, with a specialization in consultation and advisory roles.
- Â Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Â Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Â Comprehensive knowledge of facility management practices such as SFG20, NFPA, CIBSE, BICSc, etc, industry trends, and applicable regulations.
- Â Proficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools.
- Â Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present compelling reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
