Job Description
- Â Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Â Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Â Perform all necessary tasks to service beverages according to the standard of performance manual of the hotel.
- Â Create and change bar’s menus with new kinds of cocktails.
- Â Provide guidance and assistance to the beverage employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
- Â Conduct training sessions on beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring and up-selling
- Â Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources
- Â Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, hotel services/features
Requirements:
- Â Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender and 3 years experience as a Bar Manager.
- Â Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
- Â Previous point of sale system experience an asset
- Â Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Â Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Â Highly responsible & reliable
- Â Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Â Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Â Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
