Job Description

Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the efficient management and enhancement of executive housekeeping within their organizations. As a professional in this role, you will possess exceptional knowledge and understanding of various soft service areas, such as facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and other related fields.

Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate with clients to understand their soft service requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing soft service practices, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities for optimization.
  •  Create customized recommendations based on industry best practices, tailored to meet clients’ specific needs, to enhance soft service efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  •  Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, including training, process development, and change management initiatives.
  •  Continually monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented soft service initiatives, making adjustments and improvements as necessary.
  •  Effectively communicate with clients, both verbally and through written reports, to articulate complex soft service concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  •  Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, hospitality, or facilities management.
  •  Proven experience in Housekeeping and soft service management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role
  •  Strong knowledge of BICSc standards and implementation.
  •  Strong knowledge of soft service areas, including facilities management, customer service, housekeeping, and related fields, with a demonstrated understanding of industry best practices.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
