Responsibilities:

•  Develop and present architectural designs and concepts that reflect the client’s vision and requirements.
•  Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the design and construction process to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
•  Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documents for various project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, and construction documentation.
•  Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.
•  Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints.
•  Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into architectural designs.
•  Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
•  Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to communicate ideas and gather feedback effectively.
•  Mentor and support junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
•  Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design specifications.

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
•  Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
•  Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or equivalent software to the stated above.
•  Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Qatar and the Gulf region.
•  Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects.
•  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•  A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
•  Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
•  A valid professional license to practice architecture in Qatar is preferred.
