Job Description
In this role, the Support Integration Architect will,
- Â Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes.
- Â Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies.
- Â Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations.
- Â Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external teams.
- Â Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Â Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy
- Â Track and implement standard recommendations for clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of Health products and services.
- Â Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Â Analyze performance issues and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies.
- Â Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility.
- Â Contribute to internal team value and improvements.
- Â Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex client engagements.
- Â Experience working with multiple solutions (preferably, Physician, Nursing) & other solutions, and integrated solution modules. At least 6+ years.
- Â Experience with Discern Rules, Operations Job, Olympus, Print Services, Clinical Reporting and basic CCL – Creation and Maintenance (investigation and modification/configuration).
- Â Provide integration oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Â Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Â Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Â Lead client meetings and events.
- Â Drive internal team initiatives.
- Â Implementation/Support work experience, at least 3+ years.
- Â Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.
Requirements:
- Â Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Â Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
- Â Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skill
- Â Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed and be available at client location when in need (during incidents and activities, plan for solution resources along with).
