Job Description
- The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
- Â Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of the bar.
- Â Takes ownership of the bar, knowing the names and preferences of their guests and VIPs, greeting, seating, running, etc.
- Â Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Bartenders, servers, and managers.
- Â Taking and making beverage orders.
- Â Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
- Â Develops rapport with guests.
- Â Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times in the bar (front bar, back bar, floor).

- Â Team player
- Â Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
- Â Calm composure under pressure
- Â Product knowledge experts with mocktail, cocktail, and mixing techniques
- Â Excellent people skills using a friendly, kind, and likable personality
- Â Fluent level of English
- Â Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred
