Job Description
The Senior HR Specialist holds the responsibilities for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing the recruitment of new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department. The Senior HR Specialist also holds the responsibilities to develop and implement processes procedures, and HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The Senior HR Specialist will be required to manage the Government (authorities and agencies), representing the Company in all government-related HR matters As part of the Branch Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility to assist in the setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for the particular department in accordance to the Company’s procedures.
• Effectively administer employee benefits plans and policies, and employee relations.
• Support the Management in the development of HR strategies, plans, policies, and programs.
• Oversee all HR operational activities and processes within the organization
• Monitor and manage Saudization requirements and regulations.
• Implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies.
• Stay up to date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and Saudization requirements.
• Represent the organization in all government-related HR matters.
• Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to government compliance.
• Effectively communicate with employees in both Arabic and English.
• Act as a bridge between employees and the HR department to address inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in an HR operations role
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor law, employee policies, and Saudization regulations.
• Strong experience and proficiency in managing government relations.
• Sound knowledge of government portals and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent propensity for attendance and punctuality.
