Job Description

  •  Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data.
  •  Developing recruitment strategy which includes job posting optimization, recruiting channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  •  Leading the recruitment and selection activities in a manner to ensures that the most suitable candidate is selected for the right position in a time and cost-effective manner.
  •  Supporting the Head of the HR Department in ensuring effective recruitment practices are in place that support overall organizational objectives while ensuring effective generation and monitoring of recruitment
    Requirements:
  •  Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science, or any relevant field.
  •  Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity within the pharmaceutical industry.
  •  Experience with the full cycle of recruitment using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  •  Well-versed with social media, resume databases, and professional job networks.
  •  Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
