Responsibilities:

•  Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them in checking in for their appointments.
•  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including waiting areas, treatment rooms, and workstations.
•  Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing tools, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
•  Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
•  Manage appointment bookings and handle phone calls in a professional manner.
•  Ensure that all salon products are displayed neatly and are well-stocked.
•  Assist in laundry duties, including washing and folding towels and capes.
