Job Description
- Â Initiate project meetings with Contractor and Consultant team for project procedures in various stages of the contract.
- Â Represent the company in meetings with the Freezone along with the Consultant.
- Â Incharge of contract administration activities.
- Â Incharge for coordination of responses to Consultant’s or Contractors’ requirements for information
- Â Incharge for attending meetings with contractors and/or vendors as company representative and as and when business requirements arise.
- Â Maintaining list of variances or project timelines and highlight delays.
- Â Planning and monitoring of project progress.
Requirements:
- Â Review and certification of payment request for the Project by contractors.
- Â Maintaining the contractual invoices, manpower allocation, programme and schedules.
- Â Carry out on site supervision of works during construction phase.
- Â Incharge of quality control.
- Â Snags and delays to be identified and timely reporting to the organization and consultant.
- Â Coordination with consultant and authorities for timely approval of building DC permits or any other permits, NOCs etc. for commencement and until completion of construction.
- Â Work on site for setup and monitoring of work before and during the construction phase.
