Job Description

  •  As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional cuisine and guest satisfaction.
  •  You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and driving innovation in our menu offerings.
    – This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.

  •  Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations, with strong leadership abilities and a focus on team development.
  •  High proficiency in kitchen management systems, inventory control, and food safety standards.
  •  A dedication to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  •  Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as a cultural sensitivity that enhances our diverse team environment.
